Cedar's Coppice

Cedar's Coppice is an owner-operated cafe and bar rooted in Bastrop's old-world character. Founded by Shelby White, a lifelong Bastrop resident, the space blends coffee, beer, wine, local art, plants, and hard-to-find books into a deliberate slowdown from everyday life. Everything here is intentional, personal, and independently owned.
